The Westin Hotel in Ottawa is a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Located in the heart of Ottawa, the Westin Hotel is conveniently located near a number of city’s local attractions. The atmosphere is homely and minimalistic, with an array of neutrals with small pops of colour.
A few images from my hike this past weekend at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area. The yellow and green trails go in a loop and are relatively short. The orange trail will take you roughly 3 – 4 hours to complete but the scenery makes it totally worth it!

For the majority of my adult life, I’ve resided in Toronto’s East End, and although I’ve since moved out of the city, Toronto’s East End still feels like home and holds a special place in my heart. Although not as busy as the West, Toronto’s East End is a vibrant growing community home to a number of fantastic local restaurants.
Toronto is home to quite a few incredible brunch spots. A few weeks ago, I treated a close friend of mine, Betty, to a post-birthday Sunday brunch. I’ve enjoyed brunch at a number of local Toronto restaurants, but this time around I wanted to try something new and more importantly, I wanted to treat Betty to something truly special.
